How do I track my order?
When your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to the address used for the subject purchase. Included will also be tracking information. Most shipments in the USA will arrive within 2-5 days depending on shipment method selected at checkout.
What are your delivery options?
We offer two delivery options CONUS. 2-3 days or 3-5 days. In most cases our packages arrive within 2-3 business days. We do provide tracking information when requested.
How do I return an item?
If an item received is defective or damaged please email us at ILJ@ILJesus.com and one of our staff members will assist you to get the item returned and/or replaced.
If you are returning an item that is not defective or damaged the shipping cost will be at your expense and the item can be returned. A return authorization must be approved by an ILJ agent before returning any purchased items. Please send an email to ILJ@ILJesus.com to initiate a return.
Do you provide International delivery?
Currently we do not ship internationally but we are working very hard to bring this option to our customers by the end of 2022. Stay tuned
What is your return policy?
14 days from receipt of the purchased item provided the product has not been damaged, mis-handled or improperly used outside its designed purpose. Return and refund request outside of the stated policy period will be issued as a store credit and less associated transaction fees provided the product has not been damaged or misused. These decisions will be at the sole discretion of ILJ and handled on a case-by-case basis. We strive to provide excellent customer service.
Customers returning purchased items within the stated return policy period and sent back in unused and new condition, will received a full refund less shipping.
